Customers enter Arcona OS with the same verified ADS account used in the Customer Portal. Every application remains visible while access is confirmed inside each workspace.

Owners and administrators can enter their Academy workspace without being sent to a separate administration product. Student and teacher access remain role specific.

Compatibility and release scope

  • Existing API routes, database tables, deployment domains and infrastructure identifiers remain compatible.
  • The responsive administration capability now exists inside the unified Arcona OS web experience.
  • The ADS Customer Portal and central API carry the same v4.0.0 integration stamp.
  • Commerce remains planned work and is not represented as available in this release.
